Review of Keeping the Faith (2000) by Donovan S — 26 Jun 2012
This is one of my all-time favorites because while it falls into the Rom-Com genre, it doesn't answer to any cliches or formulas. Jenna Elfman settles nicely into the role of the seemingly-serene, seductive, powerful woman who captures the hearts of a priest and a rabbi, both of which have religious qualms with their feelings.
The all-powerful Edward Norton, Mr. Stiller, and Elfman have such an amazing chemistry that this story of friendship, love, and religion always puts a smile on my face no matter how many times I watch it.
