Review of Kalifornia (1993) by Alejandro D — 22 Jun 2008
A pretty good movie, highly stylised and so its really starting to look dated. Brad Pitt begins a role that he refines in fight club, David Duchovny is great, self absorbed and cocksure. Michelle Forbes is excellent as the anxious, paranoid artist.
And Juliette Lewis strikes just the perfect balance between annoying and adorable. Great character driven plot, explosive tension. xx.
