Review of Kagemusha (1980) by Alexandre A — 20 Oct 2007
The first movie that I REMEMBER, that marked me so much that I knew then and there, that film was to be my future. Saw it when I was 12, alone, on the THEN biggest screen in Boston, the Coolidge. Like good Shakespeare, albeit I payed more attention to the imagery and pacing that was so powerful it marked me, nay, cattle-branded me for film.
