Review of K-PAX (2001) by Darryl L — 21 Aug 2010
After deciding we wouldn't be able to stay up to watch the movie we wanted to see on DVD, I ended up watching K-PAX on television for two hours.
That pretty well sums up K-PAX: it's not a movie you would drive to Blockbusters (or even download) to get. But if it appears on television, you'll be curious to see how it ends.
Is Kevin Spacey an alien? Or is he deluded? The answer depends entirely on the kind of movie this is. Is it a whimsical story where aliens exist? Or does this movie reflect the real world where aliens in the form of aging actors with excellent diction don't really exist?
It took be nine years to watch this. If you don't watch it for another nine, I won't be upset.
