Review of Justice League: War (2014) by Jeffrey T — 01 Feb 2015
One of the first of the DC Universe movies to use a "New 52" storyline and sadly it's one of the worst. While it follows the basic plot from the Justice League books, the dialog/writing is terrible and it quickly degenerates into an endless battle with Apokolips parademons, one of the least interesting adversaries in the DC canon.
What's most interesting is how this movie sums up instantly the how lacking the writing in the comics has been between the "New 52" universe and the "Crisis to Crisis" universe that came before it.
