Review of Justice League vs. Teen Titans (2016) by Matthew D — 28 Sep 2016

I just really didn't like this movie. I'm not an avid comic book fan, and have only known most of these characters from the cinematic movies (but I did just finish the first season of young justice) and after just watching The Son of Batman (which I enjoyed) I thought that I would definitely like this movie.

But I was very disappointed with the outcome, as it can be barley considered the Justice League vs. Teen Titans, as they only fight for a little while. The story and characters are the only things holding me back from giving this half a star.

The characters are quite lovable (well besides robin being a complete asshole in the beginning) and their is some character development for a few characters as well. The plot would have been better if I had never watched the Teen Titans series before this movie (because one season has almost the same problem), but that's not really something I cared for too much.

One thing that annoyed me through out the film was the voice or Raven (which I thought didn't really fit the character, I like Terra Strong's version better) and Wonder Woman's costume which I cringed every time looking at it (the one that I saw her wear in Young Justice looked much better).

Overall, I could have lived my life and not watch this movie and it wouldn't change anything.
