Review of Justice League: Throne of Atlantis (2015) by Ian G — 19 Feb 2015
Another entry into the Timmverse/DC Animated filmverse, Throne of Atlantis picks up where Justice League War left off and focuses on the 52 universe characters still getting used to their places in the world and new Justice League, but centers around them figuring out the introduction of Atlantis to the larger universe, particularly the recruitment of Aquaman to taking his place on the Atlantis throne and possibly to the Justice League.
Decent animation as one might expect from the series, but in the grand scheme of things at least to me Aquaman isnt that compelling a character at least to me and this film essentially acts as an origin story of sorts to the 52 movie universe continuity.
So outside of it acting a way in to this arc, just an average chapter and a gap filler until the next Batman or graphic novel adaptation.
