Review of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) by Mr M — 23 Jun 2018

I was surprised how much I liked this sequel. I'm a huge fan ot the Jurassic series in general and wasn't really sure what direction this film was going to take. However, I must say it was thoroughly enjoyable - sort of a mish-mash of the previous four films with some new twists thrown in.

I'm not sure I enjoyed it as much as the first Jurassic World as it has a special place in my heart for bringing the "park" to life as it was intended. I would probably rank it third out of the five films so far.

I feel it solidly follows the original while opening up new story arcs. The brachiosaurus scene will haunt me forever though! :(.
