Review of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) by Giorgio G — 02 Aug 2018

WOW!!! I have watched all Jurassic movies over the years, and while all Jurassic Park movies were simply silly and nothing special at all and the first Jurassic World was quite entertaining, but still quite ridiculous, this newest addition in the world of Dino movies is the first one ever to have real tension.

Sure, there are the dry and slow spells in between, but when there is action, the action really rocks. The FX is for the first time so perfect that one can actually accept that those dinos are real living creatures.

Amazing! Also the story makes "mostly" more sense, though we all know by now, even a 7-year old, that nobody can outrun a Pyroplastic cloud of ~600 km/h; no human as well as no dino. So during that stretch of the movie everything seems a bit ridiculous, but well, it's a dinosaur movie.

So we know that we can't look at it too seriously. All in all it is 2 hours of fun. 8 1/2 of 10 points.
