Review of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) by Arjen T — 30 Jun 2018

It's impossible for me to grasp how a movie with such talent and charisma ends up being so dull and uninteresting. Even though the first half hour of the film showed some promise, the rest was absolutely unwatchable.

It tried out many different themes (at one point it became a slasher horror) which ended up looking as a cheap way to earn the movie some extra runtime. As the story progressed, the action became super weak or even non existent.

In the end it was just a very cheap way for the studio to earn some fast cash, wasting the talent which it had. Perhaps the worst thing about the entire film was the fact that it was just a huge waste of time for everyone involved.

I wish I'd never went and seen it in the first place since I knew that it was going to be yet another cheaply made sequel.
