Review of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) by Jack C — 07 Jul 2018
I came into this movie with low expectations despite what I found to be a relatively decent predicesor. Unfortunately, I will not be able to stomach another Jurassic World after this move. Somehow the series seems to have dragged dinosaurs into our overly PC culture.
The underlying theme of love/respect for the Dino's overshadows the fear of their power. The Dino's themselves now seemingly only attack the "bad guys," unless of course it's the "bad genetically engineered dinosaur," which is a bad so it goes after Chris Pratt a bit.
It's so bad/perfectly engineered military designed killer it can't even chase down a 10 year old little girl! The plot pulled in about 10 different directions and it seems like they were writing the movie as they went along.
Multiple times in the movie I found myself saying this is sooooo bad. Honestly don't waste your life watching it unless your on a flight or really really bored.
