It might be called Jumper, but it can't quite reach the cliff it wanted. Special Effects and action secuences are OK, but Jumper does not deliver good characters, convincing development, consistency or story.
It's a lacking movie in almost all departments, and also, to be an hour-and half long, it does feel very slow. Acting? I don't think that exist in Jumper.
