Next level is an uninspired waste of a decent production budget. I feel with this franchise there lies the potential to tell a fascinating story which is once again squandered for the sake of the lowest common denominator.
There is nothing to challenge the audience as there is simply no tension of being stuck in a vitious game of death. It feels as if the cast are given little to no screenplay to work with and so everything just goes through the motions.
Do not waste your time on this movie.
