Review of Joy (2015) by Isabella S — 13 Jan 2016
Based on reviews, I was expecting a disaster but I found it arguably Russell and Lawrence's (and company's) best movie yet -- creative, inspiring, real yet hilarious and absurd. From start to finish it was a true joy to watch and I cannot for the life of me understand how so many seemed to pan it.
Long live this miraculous collaboration!
