Review of Joy (2015) by Melissa C — 30 Jan 2016
My 3 stars are for Jennifer Lawrence's performance which was the only thing that stood out to me in this movie. The supporting cast were full of characters I could not stand, though acted decently.
The story itself was not that great, due to a lack of a convincing storyline and a plot that barely crept along.
