Review of Josie and the Pussycats (2001) by Jenna O — 18 May 2008

So, I'm definitely in the minority here, but I think this movie is a very funny satire that takes aim at a lot of subjects that truly annoy me - MTV culture, pop music from the late '90s/early '00s, and mindless teenage zombies (here seen quite literally).

I don't know why so many critics (and peers) don't think this stuff is pure fun - I kind of love it a little bit. And the music is great pop-punk heaven.
