Meh is a perfect "word" to describe this movie. Based on a DC Comics character, it barely does anything well. Not to say that it is BAD, but it is definitely not good. There's some strange imagery, boring revenge parts, and the only good parts are the scenes focusing on the pro-American liberated slave, and the intrigue in Washington.
The characters are unappealing, and there's very little in the way of levity as well. Definitely not worth pursuing. (For those who are fans of this character, they can see him done better in his Batman: The Animated Series and Justice League Unlimited guest spots.
