Joker is a brilliant character study that seeks to expose the pettiest and most intolerant side of society and its aftermath. It's a fantastic movie, an instant classic backed by a brutal and true story, Phoenix's transcendental acting, consistent soundtrack, and wonderfully beautiful and dirty cinematography.
