Hoo boy. Can you say "cheese"? The cast includes Keanu, Ice-T and a computer-intelligent dolphin. Now, this is Keanu's worst overacting to date and for about half the time, the delivery of his lines are so ridiculous and bad that they are a laugh riot, but the pacing and ludicrous "plot" keep it from being "so bad, it's good".
