Pretty good, though the ending fight scene is pretty cheesy and predictable. Some stuff didn't make sense and what certain characters were trying to do wasn't always clear. (Like what the hell was with that dolphin? It didn't seem to do anything).

Some concepts were cool and made you think, such as the woman whose personality was downloaded onto the internet or whatever...and of course I always love Keanu Reeves, though he was a bit of an ass in this one, he turned out ok in the end.
