Yes, it is VERY Johnny Moronic. (sigh) Where to start? Dolph Lundgren is a hitman says religious things like "Come to Jesus" and "Jesus Time!", there's a dolphin who plays an integral role in the finale, Ice-T (although not a Kangaroo) is in it, and a lot of characters are just.
.. plain... weird.
