It's no Matrix (part one)...but it is a pungent and delicious piece of mid-nineties sci-fi fromage.
A dolphin does shoot lazer from its headpiece...and Dolph Lundgren pulls a Samuel L. "Pulp Fiction", preaching and prophecying whilst on homicidal rampages.
