Honestly, I don't think that I've ever been as deeply affected by a movie as I was by this one. And I can't believe that I had never even heard of it until this week. I always kind of wondered where the sound clips from the one version of Metallica's "One" had come from, and thanks to the miracle that is Wikipedia and me being conveniently placed in front of my computer, I decided to investigate.
Truly, there is no justice in this world that this movie should be so difficult to find, but once again, thanks to the wonder of the internet, I promptly found it and watched it as soon as I got the chance.
This is an absolutely earth-shattering film that really does not get anywhere near the attention it deserves, as it is not only well-made and well-acted, but it is still as relevant today as it was when it was made.
One of the most incredible movies I've ever seen. Seriously.
