I am a fan of Mr. Bean whether it's a cartoons or real-life. But for this semi-serious movie, it's a waste! Though, 9-liter V16 is cool and the gadgets and guns, the story plot indeed. But Rowan Atkinson lost his humor on this film and became more stupid than Mr.
Bean itself. Pff! Such a waste of time.
