The Good: For a few fleeting moments, it had all the makings of a solid spy spoof. At times, I at least smirked at Atkinson's antics.
The Bad: Most of the gags were too long and drawn out, thus killing what might have been an amusing scene. I found myself saying "OK, we get it" far too often as scenes would drag on with the same gag for what felt like an eternity.
