Decent Zucker-esque gangster satire. Keaton's accent annoyed me after a while, as did the ersatz cursing from Roman Moroni. Some of the gags were pretty good, though. Doubtless this one requires multiple viewings to catch everything.
The newspaper stand gag wasn't cribbed at all from Brooks' "Silent Movie", oh no. Not at all.
