What starts out as a mysterious plot that has good potential ends up being a gun-fest where everybody dies except Mr. Wick. Add hot cars, lots of dark filters, some martial arts stunts, well... what 10 year old wouldn't love this? The problem is, I'm 58 and have seen this kind of thing a few times already.
If this is what gets 85 percent around this joint, well... what is happening to good writing in Hollywood? This plot is pretty weak after Chapter 1. Sad. PS: I don't like seeing a cute puppy getting "killed" in order to coerce me to invest some emotion into what I'm watching.
That lacked responsibility.
