Review of John Dies at the End (2013) by Ryan J — 16 Jan 2013
This is one of those highly original horror/sci-fi/buddy comedies/drug trip films that will never make any money but create a cult fan base and live on in all of our minds.
From a novel with the same name, its about David Wong who tells his story to a journalist, a story that is so out there, it's hard to believe it could be a true story, but for David it is his story and he will tell it.
It's a fun film with some good scenes and from a director that has made some cool films like Bubba Ho-tep and Phantasm. Put it on and take a trip!
