Joe lives in a NYC slum apartment infested by thousands of singing, dancing, and talking cockroaches. To put it mildly, not for all tastes, but if you can handle breakdancing vermin, the effects are pretty good, the musical numbers inventive, and the whole thing harmlessly silly.
