Not bad. This is one of those if it came on I wouldn't hate it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it movies. A man who's tired of getting bullied (by the Tick none the less) decides to stand up for himself and fight him, and now he's a someone and everyone knows the guy who's standing up for himself.
