Joe Dirt was lightning in a bottle. Joe Dirt 2 is a lightning bug in a bottle, from an adult perspective. All those years in between movies and that's the best product they could put out? It has it's moments, but they were sandwiched between a lot of painfully awkward scenes.
What a disgrace.
