Review of Jodhaa Akbar (2008) by Prashanth R — 24 Mar 2008

Although incredibly long (over 3.5 hours), it never ceased to entertain. I never found myself bored at all. The sets and constumes were great and incredibly detailed. The cinematography was awesome, especially during the battle scenes.

And I actually think this is one of the most romantic movies I've seen, surprising because I never thought it would be an Indian movie. Hrithik and Aishwarya were good (for the most part) and the music was amazing.

And the last song (Azeem-o-shaan shehenshah) is surely gonna be in the annals of Bollywood history. So if you can bear through the length, definitely watch it. I actually watched it again the next day.
