Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Zach C — 15 Oct 2012
From the start of the film you are entrapped in the character of Jiro and his soul's passionate immersion in his craft. Jiro Dreams of Sushi is like a slow, mystifying dance which is executed with the utmost accuracy as well as seamlessly flowing grace.
The atmosphere of the world David Gelb captures here is nothing short of euphoric.
