This film was absolutely beautiful and flawless like the sushi that Jiro Ono presents to his guests. To learn about someone so diligent and inspired by his craft inspires viewers to find their passion and upon finding it to give oneself to the perfection of one's craft and to overlook no small detail.
I highly recommend this beautiful film for sushi lovers and haters. Environment, passion, and hard-work resulting in a fantastic documentary.
