Jiro Dreams of Sushi is an interesting portrait of a culinary legend's resolve to continue to evolve his craft and while sharing his pleasing philosophical ideals and the film does a good job at exploring this as well as his personal relations, the inner workings of his restaurant and the chef's views on the dwindling population of their ingredients.
