A man's unending pursuit for sushi perfection - beautifully filmed and gorgeously scored. The final scene of an older son valiantly trying to walk his father's footstep, together with Philip Glass's music from the Hours, makes me almost want to dish out the 80,000 yen for a piece of fish with vinegared rice.
