Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Michelle C — 19 Jul 2013

Jiro is intense in his work ethic, doing the same thing almost every day for the past 75 years; He is a perfectionist for sure in his career as an itamae. He's undoubtedly passed on the same behavior to his two sons, who work hard to meet everyone's expectations.

Although I admire his passion, I'm not sure I necessary agree with some of his opinions. I'm also conflicted about whether I would ever want to visit his restaurant some day.
