Review of Jindabyne (2006) by Dan T — 21 Jun 2007
Randomly playing with a bunch of mainstream blockbusters in Leicester square, Jindabyne stood out as one of the best films I have seen this year. Ignore the reviews that rubbish this film. It is one of the best films to have come out of Australia in a while - probably unsurprisingly since Lantana (having the same director n all).
This is a hauntingly beautiful film that is a real study in human relationships and racial divides.
