Review of Jindabyne (2006) by Tay C — 12 Nov 2007

I really asked for trouble watching Jindabyne and Joshua back-to-back. But honestly, I like it very much. Carver is just such a great writer who seemed able to make something out of nothing. At times I really felt like punching the Linney character, why can't she just let go? I understand the original story was based in the US and without the racial angle.

I think this is a good adaptation, maybe better than the original short story.
