If you're a fan of the Saw series, as per usual, ignore the Critic reviews and just go watch this one. It's not a reboot, and it's a pretty good addition to the franchise.
If you were to rank the existing Saw films by how good they were, Jigsaw would fall into the upper half of that list. The writers clearly took the time to make sure everything fit appropriately into the original 7. While at times some of the events leaned toward the absurd, overall I felt this movie did a pretty good job of honoring and continuing the Saw legacy.
