This film is so overloaded with 70's flower child style, but it's one of the better retellings (and modern-ish translations) of the Crucifixion of Christ I've seen (you hear that, Mel Gibson!).
And as much as I hate to say it, but the bad guys had the better costuming. Still, it's not bad.
