Superlative acting, great story line. I never add my two cents to Flixster, but I have to say that the critics got this one wrong. This is a great story of trial and redemption about the trials and tribulations of two lesbian lovers who want to start a life together amid a sea of prejudice that love must overcome in order to achieve realization of hopes and dreams.
It is a bit hokey, but great acting from a great cast makes it all work.
