I can think of a million ways to sum up this film.
"Sexy... yet stupid".
"This was from the writer of Juno?".
"Some bitches can't get too goth.".
"If only this film was scary".
"If only this film was funny".
"If only Megan Fox could act".
"If only the film had ambition".
"If only the film had character development".
However, the film isn't a waste. As a matter of fact I think you should see this.
