Review of Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012) by Meredith W — 02 Dec 2012
This is not the comedy you might be expecting from Jason Segal and Ed Helm. Rather it is a study of the seemingly meaningless existences of three unhappy people (Segal, Helm and Susan Sarandon rounding out the impressive cast).
Jeff, a 30-year old bong-smoking loveable hippy/loser, lives at home. His belief in destiny (his favourite film is Signs) and the adventure that a short telephone call brings to his life, make for this interesting a day in the life of film.
