Review of Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012) by Gavin S — 11 May 2013
It's fairly ho-hum, moving along at more of a pace highlighting the disfunction of the family. Jeff is a 30-yr old Pothead who....lives at home! He's convinced that fate and circumstances show signs to how the world works and how his destiny will play out.
Meanders about, a cute little film, doesn't really do much until the end, but the acting (Segel, Helms and Sarandon) is genuine and full of warmth. A nice way to pass time, but it's not your usual comedy fest.
I preferred Safety Not Guaranteed by the Duplass brothers, but this is OK.
