The first movie was a lot more original and creepy in my opinion. This one just crossed over into "typical horror teen movie". The Creeper is a scary character and idea and looks pretty creepy too.
The movie made me jump a few times. The acting wasn't horrible which surprised me. And the story itself wasn't TOO unbelivable (as far as fictional horror movies go). But eh... it just lacked in a lot of aspects.
It could have been good. But it was just average.
