Victor Salva tried to write the first "Jeepers Creepers" with the utmost intention for a sequel to never happen, too bad a loophole was found and the first film made a lot of money. In an entire school bus full of people there's not a single likeable character and one even has unexplained psychic powers because of course.
The kills are somewhat minimal as well as the gore. There's also a lot of cheap and easy jump scares.The only two good scenes are the opening and ending scenes, the other 90 minutes are just filler.
