I never in my life expected to actually enjoy a Van Damme movie, but life is full of surprises and here I was enjoying this movie with an actor as cliche as Steven Seagal or Sylvester Stallone. I think that the reason why you would like this movie is because for the first time you can see Van Damme being a regular person and not an action hero.
You have a glimpse at the bad sides of Hollywood and at the vulnerability of those who the media sell as problem-less and ever happy famous people. The acting was not bad for VD and the script, even though not perfect, was not that bad.
