Review of JCVD (2008) by Private U — 10 Sep 2009

My favourite part of this movie was the humor, it is quite odd to see van damme in this film.

Sort of reminds me of the action stars going for different types of movies back in the 90s like stallone doing "cop land" or "top or my mom will shoot" and arnie doing films like "twins"or "kindergarten cop".

Or maybe a similar move as jim carrey doing the truman show.

Anyway if you enjoy actors doing a movie totally out of their normal genre of film and pulling it off wlel then this is one of those movies worth seeing.

My only issue really was that it began to feel like it was dragging towards the end.
