Review of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) by Shane P — 25 Mar 2009
The big ending to the original Jay and Silent Bob saga. Almost all the characters from Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and (although not so much)Dogma are reprised in this film. Even Scott Mosier is at the end saying how beautiful the marquis is.
Jason Lee reprises 2 out of the 3 characters he plays in the saga. The humor is not as subtle as it is in the first 4. It is more out-and-out sex and drug-driven "dick and fart humor", and in the end our sick and twisted heroe stoners get their monkey!
